Payment plans are considered “subscriptions” and will need to be purchased separately from any other products or services you wish to buy. Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS: This is a Monthly Auto Withdrawal Style Subscription service. This will be a recurring payment that will be automatically withdrawn on the day you make your 1st payment. (i.e. if you paid on the 15th then your auto payment will be withdrawn on the 15th of every month for the next 12 months.)

• SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL: Payments are recurring and at the end of 12 months your payments will automatically roll into a renewal of another 12 months unless otherwise stated by the subscriber within 30 days before the end of subscription.

• SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS: If you choose to cancel your subscription before the 12 months are completed you will be charged a $300 cancellation fee due within 30 days of the day you cancel.

• REFUNDS. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE service.

• CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING. I totally understand that “life happens” and that cancellations are a reality sometimes. Hence, why I don’t charge a fee for an initial cancellation as long as you reschedule at the same time. Unfortunately, any cancellations after that, regardless of rescheduling, I will need to charge a $50 rebooking fee each time.

• EXPIRATION DATE. This service will start the day the first payment is made and must be used within 12 consecutive months from the day it was purchased. Gift certificates or personal purchases of this service during the holiday months (Nov/Dec) will be the ONLY EXCEPTION and will be eligible to be used starting Jan. 1st of the following year until Dec. 31st of that same following year.

• NON-TRANSFERABLE. This service is non-transferable.
